One of the first things I did when I moved to my 5-acre woodland was to create trails. I wanted to be able to experience and enjoy ALL of my property, and I knew that the prospect of ticks and chiggers in the forest litter would keep me from doing so without a path to walk.
My trails are simple raked paths, cleared of leaf litter and obstacles and lined with fallen branches or small tree trunks, that take me to all parts of the property. My trails give me access for enjoyment and utility; I can push a wheelbarrow full of firewood much more easily on a trail.
Your trail can be whatever you want it to be. We’ll walk your property with you to find the features you want to be sure to include and the best routes to give you access for function and fulfillment.
